30DAYPRODUCT GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with the item you received and want to return it, you can file a claim for compensation with the following procedure.

Within30 days ofreceivingtheproductcontactuswithaphotoorvideoexplaining theissueandwhetheryouwantarefundorreplacement.And you need to send back the items within30 days after receivingtheproduct.(We assume that the time when you receive the items is the time when the logistics track delivery).

If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. And we do not pay tax on returns.
